Where heritage rides beside healing.
From authentic mounted drill to trauma-informed therapy, every NHACC program shares one truth: the horse is the teacher.

Equine-Assisted Psychotherapy (EAP)
Licensed mental health clinicians work alongside our horses to help Military Veterans, Active Duty service members, and their families process trauma, build trust, and reconnect. The horse serves as a mirror — teaching presence, boundaries, and calm.

Therapeutic Riding
Adaptive mounted lessons that build confidence, balance, and community for Veterans, Active Duty, and their families. Every rider is met where they are, on the horse best suited to them.

Hippotherapy
Physical, occupational, and speech therapists use the movement of the horse as a treatment tool — improving posture, coordination, sensory processing, and communication.

Equine-Assisted Learning (EAL)
Ground-based experiential learning focused on leadership, communication, teamwork, and resilience. Ideal for units, families, and youth groups.

Ceremonial Support & Community Relations
Team and Mounted Color Guard appearances at Military Changes of Command, parades, rodeos, military recruiting and educational events.

Historical Demonstrations
Period-accurate mounted artillery and cavalry drill for schools, communities, ceremonies, and public events — bringing living history to life.
